Implement, with minimal supervision, high-quality occupational therapy services for residents and caregivers in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy, State, Federal, and Minnesota Masonic Home regulations, policies and procedures. Must be pleasant, respectful and courteous to residents, family members, visitors and fellow employees at all times.
The Rehabilitative Therapy Unit assesses, evaluates and treats residents with mobility and self-care concerns, consults with and instructs staff in effective delivery of care, and provides the greatest independence possible for all residents through individually prescribed programs.
