For decades, our caring communities have been known for the quality of our services to seniors, in both nursing home and housing facilities.
In July 1920, the original Minnesota Masonic Home opened its doors. Since that time, Minnesota Masonic Home Bloomington has served thousands of people. Today, this community houses approximately 317 residents in independent living and assisted living, as well as 24-hour skilled nursing areas. Our Transitional Care unit averages over one thousand patients in admissions annually, and our Rehabilitation Services typically provides care to over 1400 individuals on a yearly average.
In 1999, programs and services were expanded by adding Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge and CareBreak Adult Day and Transportation Program.
Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge is home to more than 643 residents. The North Ridge community includes senior apartments, personal care suites, and 24-hour skilled nursing care.
CareBreak Adult Day Services is a program that offers a variety of adult day options as well as transportation services to the northwest suburbs. It currently serves approximately 60 clients on a daily basis and is housed in the Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge community in New Hope.
Outpatient therapy services are also offered in both communities - physical, occupational, speech and massage therapy are available.
A combined total of over 1700 employees in both facilities provide an ongoing commitment to personal care and concern.
Minnesota Masonic Homes and its related charitable organizations are not-for profit Minnesota corporations, dedicated to our residents and our communities. Come and be a part of something special!
Minnesota Masonic Home Care Center and Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge are Equal Opportunity Employers.
